I think call or 3bet preflop are both ok. I also think you can try to double barrel on this board. Having called your 3bet, maybe he has you beat with QQ,JJ (AA,KK probably 4bet preflop), but he also probably has lots of overcards in his range. Especially he has a good Ax, he'll call at least on the flop, but it's harder for him to call twice with just overcards. It also allow to get some value from single pairs hands he has (although he probably doesn't have alot of those).

I do not see a reason for 3 betting preflop. We can bet turn too.

I also see no reason for 3 betting this preflop. I´d bet OTT and check back OTR. As played I´d call OTR.

Whether you 3-bet TT preflop is up to you and your total 3-betting range. If you play well, it also (perhaps primarily) depends on who opened in the first place for how much, and how deep that opponent is. Potential squeezers/honest 4-bettors behind you factor into the decision as well.

I'd personally not 3-bet this one, even when in the mood to play aggressively.

Don't play with someone else's ranges.

This looks ok, you could maybe bet a bit smaller OTF. Bet/fold turn is not a bad because it allows you to pretty much play the river perfectly + keeps your range wide.
