Preflop: Villain is a relative unknown but since villain is not playing a full stack marked as recreational player. I tend to 3b KK+ always and anything worse is stat/read/opponent dependant. Generally with AK i'll be flatting without further reads as well. (TLDR = Im a NIT)

Flop: I felt like raising isolates me vs better and I'll be in bad shape if I get 3b, so decided flatting and re-evaluating OTT.

Turn: QT gets there. I feel like raising is better here since if villain DOES have draws I can't extract value from missed draws OTR, plus his TP hands that I beat will pay OTT and OTR, so felt like raising is better from a value maximization perspective. Plus I beat combos of AJ now as well.

Not sure if this is the correct approach. Should I continue to keep the pot small and call again and if villain barrels river then I should fold un-improved?

As played...

Sizing for the raise should be bigger to shove good rivers. I think If I raise bigger I have to plan to bet/call though.

River: Went for a smaller sizing since I felt like villain would have a hard time calling 1pr type hands, however upon reflection I think hands that are folding to 1/2 pot would probably fold to 1/3 pot also so I should make it 1/2 at least.

Cheers

AK and QQ as well I would most likely always 3bet against any player on a 6 handed table or he’s a nit, but his 3,5x raise is big off course.
As played I would most likely call the turn as well. This is still a spot you are only slight in front or far behind against his made hands on a wet board like this I think.

Imo flatting pre vs UTG is ok but since villain looks recreational maybe you can start 3betting these?
OTT I would just call. There are better hands possible and by raising you isolate yourself against those. When villain calls your raise OTT you won't have many good cards that can come OTR.

I like the flat preflop. You can 3b QQ, AK but it is not a big mistake if you don't. It dependson your style.
OTT we can call as with the raise we will face better hands, flush and straight are possible.

I like a 3-bet PF given this player looks fishy given his stack size.

Postflop is fine but I would raise turn a bit more and jam the river as played.

Right. An observation like this is worth much more than ordinary stats. This is a player type that I'd play extremely loosely against preflop if I am on the button.
