Marginal bluff, bad line?

Sometimes that will work, sometimes not. There is a chance you are still ahead and I don't like to turn this showdown value into a bluff. Just calling would be better imo.

i agree i guess i had contraddcting thoughts on this hands, since i thought that his betting range OTR is not that wide after all, and he would probably not B/B TTs and not many bluff combos as well; probably a 4 b pre for sure though expecially no info, just standard line

Yes, the raise OTR is a bit of overplay.

ok no 4b pre i guess i have better hands to 4b for value and some bluffs to balance vs reg,
what about betting some of my JJ OTF? like half of them? and mostly calling on the river.

The flop bet depends on how aggressive is villain.

I actually don't hate this. I would probably bet the flop for protection and also give myself a few more options on the river (traditionally, a bet flop, bet turn, check river line works well). I think you should raise the river a bit larger, though. Oddly enough, this might be on the lower end hands in your range (other than stuff like JTcc that you might play this way). You have lots of 2 pairs and sets and straights in general- I wouldn't go overboard on the river because you should want to still make a small value raise with stuff like A4cc or whatever, but I think I like the river raise. It looks like a blocker bet from him.
