What kind of games your normal play SNG’s, tournaments, cash games and/or other format than No limit hold’em? If I know this I can help you better.

I ve lost $300 on partypoker today, it feels terrible. I ve never seen so many badbeats in one seshion 
it is also my biggest loosing session ever will probably commit a suicide , life sucks

We all have days that we wish would never happen but we learn to deal with it and move on. 4 years ago, I was the tiltiest person on the planet. Then I read Jared Tendler's book, The Mental Game of Poker and only then did I find a way to cope with bad variance.
What games and limits do you play? We should be able to link you to some strategy and/or videos specific to what you play.
