Quite wild move to 4bet bluff this from these positions 
I think you have to go with a bet. A small bet, something around 30%. Villain will call with hands that have a spade. You don't want to give free cards. But imo this is quite tough spot. You still have to be carefull and since you are OOP this totally sucks.
I forgot to mention he 3bet me already 3 times before this one 
I thought he was polarised here and tend to think weak since this was the 4th time. However, he 3bet me on SB vs BTN and BB vs BTN so mostly late position
Not a huge fan of the 4-bet but I guess somewhat justifiable given you're OOP and UTG. Probably just folding generally (PF).
As played, either check/jam or bet somewhat large and shove the turn. I also disagree with the smaller bet sizes OTF (1/3rd or 1/2 pot). If we bet, we should bet a larger sizing because this is a board texture we are not going to be betting as frequently. On a board like A59r, you can bet that flop for 1/3rd sizing (with like all Ax/QQ/KK/all your bluffs) because the texture is good for your range and you can bet it with your entire range. On a board like JT7sss, the board hits your opponent fairly hard (he's going to have a lot of sets, 2p, combo draws, etc), so you're probably going to be checking a large % of your range and if you do bet, it'll be a smaller and more polarized part of your range (ie. the nuts or bluffs).
