Let's start with why do you 3b? You have a nice sample size.
Give villain a range and see how this board connects with it.

Villain range is 22+, AT+,KQ+ I'd say.

i preferred to cold calling in this spot.
I think AQo is not good to 3bet vs open raise from UTG

Well I checked equilator with his vp/pfr 17 from EP and give me this range. I was wrong:
66+, A5s+, K9s+, Q9s+, JTs, ATo+, KTo+, QTo+

You should give UTG a range based on his calling range vs your 3b. The range you are referring too is what he could be opening from there, you should look for what is he calling there vs your 3b
the stat missing in your post is fold to 3b, and refine it to that spot (utgVSco).
a good starting point would be something like this:
QQ-JJ, TdTh, TdTs, TdTc, AQs+, KQs, AKo, AdQh, AdQs, AdQc, AhQd, AsQd, AcQd

you can then speculate around this range and modify it. adding some PP and removing others

Now you can see that 3b aqo in that spot does not make much sense, it would if he was a fish and you could do it for value, but he seems normal from stats

on that board you can see that you are a bit crushed from his range, and you have a very easy check back with your back door and overcard. so why do you bet there?

That is right. When you 3b him, you should check his fold to 3b/call to 3b stat.
His hand sample is farely good so you can come upwith a good estimate.
The range of antLrace is a good start. vs this range you have just 28% which is not enough for a cbet.
And as you add that there are not that much hands folding...

Could work 7.81%=(QQ-77, AJs+, KQs, AJo+, KQo) a "call to 3bet"=28.11, "fold to 3bet"=62. So 7.81 is "VPIP*call to 3bet" as an estimate? I don't have a call to 3bet based on position stat in poker tracker 4...

his for from UTG is 11.16 and other useful stuff (I'm learning to proper use pokertracker 4)

Well I tried to build his range and 57% calling from per could be: 88-JJ, KQ,AT-AQ (6,37%)? I excluded AK,QQ+ supposing this he'd 4-bet as villain is LAG?
Counting his raise of 3 bb it would make 30.7% to break even so we'd need a range for three betting him of 69.3% so only QQ+?

No, No, No.

He opens 11.16 from UTG and is calling with 28.7%.
So he is defending 11.16*0.287 or 3.2% range.
If we assume that he will 4b KK+ for value then he calls with something like this:
88-QQ, AQ+
Vs this range on flop you have just 29% equity...

M, I didn't see that in the image.
Well he will defend 6.36 or this:
88-QQ, ATs+, AJo+, KJs+, KQo, QJs-98s

And you are still 34.5% behind.
I do not think you have a valid cbet.

Makes sense, he's not folding premiums, maybe TT he'll x/c and probably i'll be behind OOT...
