I think you can just fold here. He has AA,AK,A3 and some bluffs that have nice equity.

Depends. Some will call some will raise. I would 3bet bluff with A3s.

The problem is that we cannot improve significantly. Even the Qc will give him the flush...

I agree with this if he is in the SB but BB will more easily Realise his equity.

He could ofc. do this with w/e (counting in its NL2).

Vs unknown; Fold is def (imo) the best choice. 4-5% 3-bet range also indicates that he is 3-betting solid hands, You may beat AJ or AT in this spot, but usually you will find him having AK/AA.

The only time you should consider something else if he has proven to be playing like a maniac or having a extremely high x/r OTF-stat.

Good luck with the grinding :-)

Personaly, I would call flop and probably fold vs much agression on further streets. Thing is he is not full stacked so he is probably not reg. and many agressive fishes try to move you of a hand on flop and then shut down + he is not reping anything really.
That said, why not check back flop? We can't go for 3 streets of value because AA and AK are still in his range and not in our. KK-TT and worse Ax won't pay us 3 streets anyway.

But is not dangerous to check back in this kind of board? I think this because he can have a lot :club: in his hand and i think is better to protect our hand and extract value at first streets. bet flop, bet turn (blank) and check back river.

It is true that we are capped, villain is not. He doesn't call 3 streets with weaker hands -> we are going for 2 streets most of the time and we have to choose which ones.
We could bet flop and turn but would he call lighter if we xb flop and then bet turn and river? In case he has KK,QQ or something like that, I think he would more likely call it down if we check the flop.
We are playing vs BB's 3betting range and the board has Ac and 6c so I'm not too scared of him having a flush draw here.

So basically I could agree with a check.

I have a villain that does x/r flop with any draw, middle and bottom pair:

Mmm this hand is a good one because I found villains play this line this sometimes with FD (x/r). If we check behind we are giving a free card; If we call and he donks turn we have to fold.
Which hands do Villain could have giving he has 3bet us BB vs BTN?
Could be villain 3bet bluffing SC to steal?
Is 3bet jamming flop an option here?
A an example, this villain is a regular who basically x/r with air, draw, or middle/bottom pair:

Shouldn't come as a surprise that villains check raise sometimes as a bluff?
But this is BB's 3bet range, it is tighter. How many flush draws can he have when Ac blocks all the good ones and 6x blocks some too (56s,67s,86s,K6s).
He has some better hands and some bluffs that have good equity. His raise is big and because of his stack size we would be in an awkward spot OTT if we call. 3bet shoving OTF would be total overplay.
