SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has 7♠ A♠

fold, fold, fold, Hero raises to 2 BB, fold, BB calls 1 BB

Flop: (4.4 BB, 2 players) 5♣ 8♠ 9♠
BB checks, Hero bets 2.6 BB, BB raises to 7.4 BB, Hero ???

What do you do in this kind of situation? Call and fold for a bet OTT or shove?
Maybe he can do this wit 2pair or set

Shove would be overplay and I would like to have FD+OESD before I go broke here.
I would just call and then probably call turn again, depends on his bet size.

Interesting spot. I read books in which they say we should shove but I guess calling is fine too.

I like calling too. I prefer shoving with a little more outs.

Shoving with a 6x pot bet is just ridiculous. Just call, and actually be happy that he raised, so that all money is likely to go in later if you hit.
