I think the shove is fine, it is a little player dependent, you would prefer to shove against someone who calls in later position and have fewer people to act behind you.

Are the strategies from these articles also for tournaments adaptable?

So I just use the strategy from the articles when I am under 30 BB in a tournament ?

This seems like a good push indeed with 1 limper in the pot and the articles are indeed useful for tournament players as well, but beware that the articles could be outdated. That’s why it’s better to read the https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=314586&page=1 and I expect this is more useful on long run.
