Ok so villain is on the nittier side, read is he has an overpair or at very least TPTK, but probably overpair. How do you generaly approach extracting value in these situations. I decided to check the turn to make my hand look like a flush draw with the intention to jam to his bet. When he bets small( feels like he has QQ ) i'm in trouble because If I raise I look very strong and If I call its unlikely I get more money on the river as there are so many possible scare cards and I might even loose the hand sometimes if I missread his hand and he has something like pair + flush draw. Anyways looking for opinions should I generaly lead turns after c/r flop etc...?
*He could of course have JJ or KK but i'm not considering those because I never fold sets unless I have a sick read on the villain.
