a) would you ever flat this for balance?
b) I get spooked on boards such as this, always fearing villain has KK. Should we cbet to protect against KQJT type hands nonetheless? If so, what sizing? Are we bet/folding the flop (that seems exploitable since then villain could just shove any Kxxx hand with both decent equity and masses of fold equity)?
c) Once villain x/b flop should we just shove turn or again bet a smaller amount, as played?

a) I see no reason, 140bb is not even that deep. I would play the same way this elite hand here.

b) gutter + OP in 4bet pot +all kind of backdoor draws = very clear valuebet here and easy stack off if he raises. No need to necessarily bomb this dry flop though.

c) I dont think you can shove here as you're deep, but bet bigger for value for sure now that board got more drawy. I think you're just missing value against draws with your sizing and making your life otr hard if some awkward card comes and you gave him such good price to get there.
