Anyone crushing 180 mans on Pokerstars?

There is no crushing in poker. :-) Play tight in the beginning, more loose and aggressively towards the end. Only the first 3 places count.

180 are MTTSNG.
So in order to crush them you need to play a somewhat good MTT game and eager to take more risks than usual as one takes in fewer-people SNGs (45-27 and way more than 9).
Perhaps your strategy involves using a strategy of 9-man? That's too tight for 180-man.
Since you have problem on top-3, what you need is a good ICM knowledge on final table, tailored for 180-man.
Perhaps you end-up short stacked on final table. Then you need to be more aggro around the bubble.
I'm no 180-man expert and don't have payout structure on them but if they're top-heavy,
you just need to get more aggro as ICM usually dictates because the payouts aren't different between several places, except if you reach deep.

You can also use the FFM (far-from-money) pushes implemented on Kill Everyone book for that matter.
I don't know any particular player but Andre Coimbra somewhat recently did a challenge from 10$ to 1000$ playing 180-360 man. He's a known crusher. You can find lots of his videos here.

It's also important to remember that you need a sizeable sample of the 180s, they need some serious grinding....

What would be a sizeable sample of turbo 180s for you?

I struggle with moving up the stakes in turbo 180s while the normal ones and the S&G work rather well. Any tip to adapting to turbo MTTs?

They are higher variance, so a 100 buyins you should have. My experience is that early, like in the first 4 levels, you can afford to play suited connectors and other speculative hands. When blind go higher people tend to push alot, and your push/fold game should be on point to build your stack here. And the rest of the turney is almost all push fold

I'm not expert on these games but x100 buy-ins are useful on 9-man and smaller SNGs.
On larger scale one needs to also take into account his ROI% as well.
If he have, say, break even ROI% of 1% i would not be surprised if x1000 buy-ins are required to withstand the massive downswings as happen on all kinds of MTT and 180-man is no exception.
Of course to get a reliable ROI% one needs at least 1000 games as a general rule on any game.

I think with 1k sample you can get a relatively reliable idea if you are winning or not and how well you do, but i would say 5k sample and more is preferrable

180 is filled with regs you must study extremely hard. I can say there are maybe less than 10 players who actually made decent money playing these over like 40k+ games.

It's not extremely tough to beat. You can probably make around 20 - 30% ROI. But there's much better games available. If you understand and valuate the concept of "hourly rate" you will realize that this games which run with very poor structure and small buy-in are not best to fill your screen. It's more often people who not so much experience playing these and it's definitely good for learning basic concepts like push/folding, ICM etc.

Definately not the time to take on these, also just lol at a BR below 200bi imo. I would have 200 and move down if i get to 100bi
