MP - MP ($24,89)
CO - CO ($25,00)
BTN - BTN ($51,68)
SB - Hero ($29,41)
BB - BB ($86,81)

Preflop: ($0,35, 6 players) Hero is SB with K♣ A♥
1 fold, MP raises to $0,50, 1 fold, BTN raises to $1,75, Hero raises to $5,25, 1 fold, MP calls $4,75, BTN calls $3,50

Flop: 6♦ J♦ A♦ ($16,00, 3 players)
Hero bets $24,16 (all-in), MP calls $19,64 (all-in), 1 fold, Uncalled bet of $4,52 returned to Hero

What do you think about my preflop raise size?
Would you ever consider just a flat preflop?
And what do you think about my flop shove? Is there any other was I could have played it?

Thank you for your thoughts :f_drink:

I think your pre-flop 4bet sizing is fine. Little bit nasty that both players calling in the end.

The flop is extreme wet and I think it will be tough to get value against 2 players, but I think we need to protect our hand with a small Cbet. If we bet like $6 we can still fold on a shove.
With a shove like now you are in best case against a flush draw, but I expect you get only action of better here.

Pre is fine.
Post is fine.
No need to get fancy here postflop by betting small, you let AxQd or similar hands /w 1 diamond basicly freeroll.
MP seems fishy, by shoving you deny akward turn spots(i.e. diamond turn).

Besides we're happy when we just take it down on the flop, if he calls /w diamond draw we're still ahead.
If he outflopped us, good for him making a very bad play preflop.

I think your line is ok against 1 player but against 2 I'd prefer a small bet OTF too and fold to a raise.

Pre flop 4 bet and sizing is perfect.

On the flop i dont like the open shove at all. What worse do you expect to call you ? Anything that calls is either beating us or likely to be ahead or have a ton of equity.

Its a disgusting pot, against 2 other opponents tread with caution. I like a small bet on flop and fold to raise. I dont mind pot controlling and checking here and calling a reasonable bet on the flop but its unlikely that can happen. This is a horrible spot.

Hi. I would not consider flatting pre, we want to isolate with fish (mp), secondly ako is a clear 4b, we really dont wanna play this hand oop mw. Otf its interesting, i would either c/shove or ship it like u did.

Could you please tell me how you choose your 4 bet sizing?
In this case Hero chose exactly 3 times as much the 3bet. Sometimes players use between 2.2-3x for 4 betting as far as i know (would you go to higher end when facing 2 players and to the lower end when your facing 1 player??). Suppose itd be higher if you are in OOP.
This is something i will have to incorporate into my poker game and understand a bit more as i havent been doing it as much as i should have.
