I would raise OTF. It's a very drawy board and we have an overpair and a good draw.

When we call turn, there is no real reason not to call the river. You still have an overpair and he happens to have the backdoor flush than that is a cooler.

BTW I'm 3betting pre too about 50%

I wouldn't recommend 3betting these smaller pocket pairs from BB. You get very good odds to call and you would be very often screwed postflop.
I'm not so sure about check raising the flop either.

I think you could consider folding already OTT but I guess calling is not that bad. River call is too much.

The big problem with this hand is that it is extremely hard to make any money with it if we play it like a drawing hand. Whatever hits us will either scare villain to death (e.g. we hit 4/9) or give him the nuts (e.g. we hit an 8 and he has 9x).

Therefore, I'd prefer to either go aggressive or play it as played (bluff catcher). Then who 3-barrels overcards (A) at NL2? Don't know. Who can fold (B) an overpair to an AI x/r on turn? Don't know. If your audience is of the kind that they don't do either of (A) or (B), then check-call both flop and turn. They are (by definition) giving you implied odds to draw, and you can safely fold river.

Thus the right play is up to your read.

I think it’s depending what kind of player we are dealing with if we can profitable 3bet or not pre-flop. Post-flop I don’t think it’s too profitable to check/raise. Then you are changing your hand in a bluff as well.
