The first hand I would defiantly bet for value on the river. I expect if he had better he would bet the turn or river.
The 2nd hand I would just 4bet and if he makes a 5bet it would be tricky so deep in position. As played I would consider folding the turn. He could have a set there a lot of the time and on the river, he could have a straight as well.

There are better players than you out there, ( even better than me !)

I think it's interesting you think about players and player types. That is what I like to do too.
There are all kind of tastes of fish/half shark/sharks out there and they all behave differently.
I believe there is more than hand ranges alone.

Anyways. Regarding your angstgegner. Avoid him as SDK1987 says by not trying to play KK but try to get it all in and as quickly as possible. Also just play premium hands against him IP, no marginal stuff/tricky shit.

Those are my humble two cents.

Id bet the AA on the turn - you have a bunch of 1club hands that you float, QT and a host of other hands you can choose to bluff like your Aq so AA is easily strong enough to bet. You also avoid getting bluffed on club rivers.

His play is very exploitable by the way, the board favours you a bunch so when he fails to keep hands like this in his checking range you can easily own him by cbetting and barrelling him on similar boards.

KK just go ahead and 4bet and flat a 5 bet , you are in the co, the ranges are too wide to be scared just because you are 300bb deep. Post is fine, he should check these boards that favour you a lot, you will have a ton of hands like pair+gutter+backdoorfd you can raise him with and make his life hell so don't worry playing KK solid like this and folding
