1. River is just a guessing game. However, unless villain has K♦: himself, he can't be sure I don't have it, so my assumption is he that he won't polarise his betting with J high flushes or worse. Not sure what he does with Q high flush...
2. If he does have either K high flush or K♦: blocker, I'm interested to know what you think should be his betsizing approch on this type of runnout?
3. Let's assume villain is balanced so that we can't tell whether he has the nut blocker or nutflush from his betsizing. How do we decide when to call and when to fold? Must we always call our flushes due to our blocking his flushes? What if we had A597 which is also a bluff catcher - should we get to the river with that hand and plan on folding it then or just fold turn?
