Hi, and welcome to my newstarted blog.

My name is Christoffer and im a 25 year old guy living in Stockholm, Sweden.
Starting this blog to keep track of my results, to keep me motivated grinding and maybe meet some likeminded people to help me with my journey.

Why now ?
The reason im doing this now is because i joined spinlegends the 17th of August this year and there is no quitting in the near future. Another reason is that i want take poker as serious as i can from now on and im sure this will help me with that.

About me
Im a 25 year old Swedish guy living in Stockholm (for about 1.5 years now). Have been studing Business Economics in University a few years back and is now working at a Finance company in the capital. Atm im living alone with my dog, Antonella, a French bulldog that is currently 6 months old. ( pics in the spoiler)

Poker history

I started playing poker when i turned 18 and grinded some freerolls and also used the free starting capital from pokerstrategy .
My first "big score" was when i binked a freeroll for 77 dollars (which was a decent amount of money back then) and it's safe to say thats one of the best feeling you could have playing poker.

After that i was stuck, used that money combined with the starting capital from Pokerstrategy and started to grind all different kind of formats.
I finally decided for CG and grinded my way up to NL100 as a winning player.

I then started my education and didnt had that much time for poker anymore. I decided to use that money for staking and im sure a few of the old dogs recognize my name from that time ( 3-4 years ago). I had both successful deals and other not so much.

I then got my employment and also lived 1.5 hour away from work at that time which led to very little time for poker once again.
Once i moved to my current place which is only 5 minutes away from my current work i suddenly got time for poker again and started to grind the games at the local casino ( which i stil do from time to time ).

A few months back i decided to take online poker another go and was searching around for any coaching to help me improve my game.
i then found out about spinlegends here on pokerstrategy and decided to write an application and here we are.

Spinnlegends results
Started to play at the 1$ limit at 17th of August and had to play 500 spins before the first "checkup" Started up a bit slow and runned pretty bad to start with which caused me to almost bust the roll of 30 bi you started with. i think i was down at 4 dollars or something at one point. Then it only went better and the first 500 spins ended like this:

I then played another 1200 spins on the 3s which ended like this:

It is safe to say you get a bit frustrated from time to times playing a high variance game as spin is, when the EV and Winning line dont like eachother.
However you cant do much about the result so aslong as you get it in good you will win in the long run.

After thoose 1700 spins i got promoted to the "gold team" and the 7s which i currently grinds ( ~440 spins done of the 1500 of this block)
Results so for on the 7s:

Future and goals?
As i have signed a contract regarding the spins i will have this challenge for the comming months/years.

My longterm goal is to be able to play poker as a living and be able to grind at the highest limits there is.
On my way there i want to learn as much as i can and improve as much as possible.

I also want to take a vegas trip within the next few years and one of my " pokerdreams" have always been to play the mainevent in vegas, so hopefully i can make that dream come true with this project.

Im one of thoose guys that when i have decided for something im not satisfied until i get there and i think i have the qualities to be able to succeed with this challenge.

Everything is in your mind. If you believe you can make it, it sure as hell gets alot easier to get there.
Therefore im ending this wall of text with a motivation video i used to listen to alot a few years back, im sure most of you heared this already but here we go :

If you have any question or just wanna type a line or two in here feel free to do so and im happily replying to them as fast as i can.
GL at the tables

Cheers
Totte

October been pretty slow moneyrwise. Kinda low volume due to some personal things that didnt go as planned.
However i feel like im learning and really appreciate the daily coachings we have.

As im only playing 7s atm i dont really care about the $$ but only about improving the game which i feel like im doing, a bit slower then i wanted to but its all good.

Thanks for the kind words and likewise to you!

Been a while since last update and i will try to be better at updating.

Played around 1k game since i moved up to 7s and im running pretty poorly moneywise, which is okey.
I save the rungood for the higher limits.

The volume been pretty poorly last month due to being sick a week which lost me some grinding time and also was traveling a few days.
I hope i can drop the "slack" in November.

The graph on 7s , both chipwise and moneywise:

Until next time me and Antonella wish you all the best! (Also my brothers dog on the pic, Harvey)

Good luck!

Can you tell me what kind of volume goals you need to fulfill every month? I'm also working fulltime and might be interested in applying too :)

There is No real volume goal but instead there is a time invested requirement.

With that Said you obviously need to play a Decent amount of games each month, Im aiming for 1.5 k games each month but the lowest amount of games Im fine with is 1000.

There can be some days where you feel really tired from work etc and that can be hard sometimes. You dont really want to play tired as if you missplay just a couple of games it can have a massive impact on the endresult ( chipEV)

If you feel like you can use ~ 100 hours month for this project, then go for it. I really like IT atleast.

Let me know if you go for It and We can talk some about hands on Skype!

Just won my first x25 spin at 7s. I know its not that much money involved but it actually was the first time in a long time i felt "nervous" playing.
I played one x25 earlier since i started spinning but that one i managed to loose vs 2 fishes so this felt extra nice.

Two keyhands :

A early hand:
PokerStars - 10/20 NL (3 max) - Holdem - 3 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 22.5 BB (VPIP: 33.33, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 3)
Hero (SB): 27.5 BB
BB: 25 BB (VPIP: 51.43, PFR: 43.75, 3Bet Preflop: 33.33, Hands: 46)

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A♦ A♣

fold, Hero raises to 2 BB, BB raises to 8 BB, Hero raises to 27.5 BB and is all-in, BB calls 17 BB and is all-in

Flop: (50 BB, 2 players) T♥ 2♠ 4♠

Turn: (50 BB, 2 players) 3♣

River: (50 BB, 2 players) 9♥

Hero shows A♦ A♣ (One Pair, Aces)
(Pre 78%, Flop 94%, Turn 100%)
BB shows 7♦ 8♦ (High Card, Ten)
(Pre 22%, Flop 6%, Turn 0%)
Hero wins 50 BB

And the last hand:

PokerStars - 15/30 NL (3 max) - Holdem - 2 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BB: 11.83 BB (VPIP: 52.00, PFR: 28.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 30)
Hero (SB): 38.17 BB

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 2♥ A♣

Hero raises to 38.17 BB and is all-in, BB calls 10.83 BB and is all-in

Flop: (23.67 BB, 2 players) 9♦ A♦ 6♣

Turn: (23.67 BB, 2 players) 5♣

River: (23.67 BB, 2 players) 3♣

BB shows Q♠ J♥ (High Card, Ace)
(Pre 44%, Flop 5%, Turn 0%)
Hero shows 2♥ A♣ (One Pair, Aces)
(Pre 56%, Flop 95%, Turn 100%)
Hero wins 23.67 BB

Both hands pretty standard ( from my part).
So now all of a sudden the $$ graph is in the green aswell :f_thumbsup:

Enough about that.
Now it's time to prepare for the most important football game in a long time.
The second game in the World cup qualification, Sweden vs Italy. We won the first game 1-0 so there is a decent chance of going through.
Fingers crossed people!

A really slow day at the tables. Felt like all my bluffs was called and won next to no flips. Had decent amount of good multipliers but it was not meant to be today.

Spoiler

Will most likely play a 350$ mtt at the local casino tomorrow so will probably play no spins unless i bust early.
Been playing a decent amount of games the last days so i can take a day off without feeling guilty doing it...

Thats all for now, over and out!
