villain looks like a straight forward player so I don't think something like a blockbet would get you a cheap showdown. c/f should be fine

Since villain has less than potsize left then it is normal bet for him. Just which hands would he do that.
Doubt that he´d shove there value with KJ, KQ. So that leaves AK, two pair or better hands and missed draws.
I think c/f is sometimes ok, but I believe you can also sometimes c/c for bluff induce.

Guess you looked wrong, he has more than a potsize left.
(59-2-4-9,5-25,55=17,95) Even so we see that after his river bet he has still $17,95 left. So I'd still prefer to fold there, I don't see many hands what would bet so big and what be beat.

But agree, his bet size is quite big, so fold is fine.
Hero could also go smt like 15$ block/valuebet.
