I would play the hand the same way. A pairing on the 2 is probably one of the best cards for you, so I would protect the hand from straight draws. Also, I like the sizing. It allows you to pot the turn all in even if only one player calls, which would be better for you.

I like potting the flop. You block two pair hands with the 9, straighdraws are not folding regardless of the sizing you choose. On the turn I'd jam as well, 2's is the least likely card that opponents could have and with the spr 0.3 majority of their range is still unimproved so you have to protect.
