In order to receive StrategyPoints for your play at 888poker, you have to:

1) register your account in the room according to our guide: https://www.pokerstrategy.com/888poker/freeplay/
2) come back to our page and enter the Username you choose for your account at 888poker and enter it on the same that page

You cannot receive StrategyPoints in case you already have an account at 888poker, which isn't created via that guide.

What can i do? The support is not answering my email.

Update: The 888pokersite support is quite good! We analyzed the issue and got the following result:

New player to the poker room of 888poker do not receive the free 88$ bonus if they dont allow 888poker to send them mails (advertisement/news etc.).

When you say you contacted support, do you mean 888 support?
They do take a long time, but they eventually do respond.

I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your 888 username, the date when last received points and so on.

They will at least know what is going on, and they usually respond much more rapidly
