It depends a little bit how wide he would shove, but normal is 55 a hand I would call with or he is extreme tight. Based on the stats that isn’t the case here.

I think I would have a look also on his steal attempts so far, so is this PFR pure raising or split with Late blind stealing.
If he is pushing close to Nash you are 53-47% flipping, if he is pushing his PFR you are 44-56% flipping again.

Yes ideally we would like to be the ones pushing with 55 in order to have the fold equity in our favour, but I'm a bit inclined to call as our sitting is not making blind stealing easy as we have the CL acting after us in next hands.

Actually, I would even consider how aggresive the Chip Lead is, as many are very passive when they go on CL so we might even steal easy from them. If an aggresive CL i think I would be tempted more to call.
