Call shove, my new way of thinking in this kind of spot:

Does SB player is pushing because he thinks he has a good fold equity against?
What is your table image beside those 10 hands?
As winner takes all ICM is not applicable
My decision process: He is pushing me co's he is deep and FE is higher & my table image is close to tight: He pushes a wider range and QJs and range of call will have a very good equity against his range.
It's a simple explanation and I'm just in a learning curve,

Anyway QJ is a good hand but call wo reads is a lottery

He seems a little bit tight with only 25 PFR in 10 hands in a Hu game but could be a sample issue. Opening ¼ hands HU is low, but without any reads he can shove with weaker you have most of the time around 40% against his range and is a call not bad, but I would wait for a better spot. We are still deep enough to play in position against him than taking a flip here.

Id probably cal here but Its a 50/50 decision because i may fold this vs a nitty player(but probably still call ) but dont think the sample is big enough as he might have had a lot of trash and ppl tend to open a lot tighter at these blinds. It would be nice to have some reads.You probably have just over 40% equity here. So imo, neither decision will be bad here as you can always wait for a better spot.

Having said that here is some interesting quote about playing QJs preflop:

This hand never folds pre HU <=25bb (to anything, ever) unless there are very strong win-rate maxing effects (which won't happen 15bb, and probably won't happen for new players).
