Preflop everything is standard for me sometimes I call and sometimes I 3Bet. This is so dry board ideal for Cbet but after I get mini raised I am bit lost I see no reason why he wold raise but on the other hand this is ideal for such a raise because you do not represent nothing else beside pocket 4 to 5 and maybe 67.
