I think I should just have called his raise OTT. I most likely don't get a lot of worse hands to call my re-raise. As he seems to be the rather nitty type he shouldn't have check raised a lot of draws here. Besides TT/99 (6 combos), which beats me, he might have raised ATs/A9s (5 combos) which I beat. But would he also defend against my re-raise with the latter? And would he have called preflop? Given he would, then I would still have less then 50% equity against his continuing range as I beat only 5 out of 11 combos (and I beat them with less equity then I lose against the rest). This might be a little different if we also give him some flush-draws, which I wouldn't.
As played, was calling his shove fine? I think he really has only TT/99 left in his range and I should have folded.
Would be good to read some of your thoughts.
