76s COvsSB, overbet OTR

Fold preflop. Especially when SB seems to be a nitty player (40 hands is not a decent sample but we can assume that it will not change too drastically).
Suited connectors are really good hands to defend 3-bets with, but 76 is too low.

I'm not sure if calling 3bets loose will help with your game in 3bet pots.
Flop I would be a bit bigger.

Did you notice that you have a straight OTR and villain is not very likely to have a flush when he checks twice?
Sure you get a lot of folds when you overbet but I wouldn't mind to get some calls from villain.

If you want to improve just find ypur own spots to 3bet or to 4bet other 3bets.

You shouldn't be worrying about that. If you are sure you have the best hand here, your goal should be to get as much money out of villain as possible, not make him fold everything. And if you want to get fancy and "balance" your play, you should know how your big bet affects your bluff to value ratio when betting and figure out if your whole range has enough bluffs to balance this big bet here. You might end up betting big with too value heavy range which lets villain exploit you by overfolding.

Preflop is a fold.
Postflop is fine.

Okay, seems reasonable, I have also flushes OTR. So which sizing would you use 1/3-1/2?

That 1/3 - 1/2 seems good to me. It really looks like villain is quite weak here and betting something like 40% of the pot might still get some calls from Kx and so on. I think he might fold those against anything bigger than half pot. 40% bet is also big enough not to induce so many bluffs. If villain would raise there I think we can fold.
