Give your thought process please.
Why do you 3b preflop?
Why do you cbet so small?
What's going on on the river? You check/called? Why?

No sample on Opponent.
Preflop is Standard i would say.
Flop i take 1/3 ps bet because of the fact it is a 3b pot and i would not to invers My hole Stack with TP + Medium Kicker.
I c/c the River to induce him to Bluff. I am bluffcatching busted FD,SD for example

If you don't feel comfortable to get your stack in after KQ hits tp in a 3 bet pot, then you should just fold preflop.

As played, river cc is good, but I have a strong feeling that you soft bet kept an A3s or 43s in his range ^^

Its not standaard to 3bet with KQs an unknown villain. I think its to weak to 3bet and to strong to fold. Call pre is more optimal. You can adjust your preflop play if you do get knoe your villain better.

The preflop 3b is not that standard. You can 3b if you have specific info on villain.

Why do you fear to invest your stack with TP in 3b pot?

I think 3bet KQs preflop is definitely fine (said also LemOn in some video). Yeah but also depends on stats and if you feel comfortable in 3bet pots.
I like the sizing OTF. OTT I would make it bigger to maximize value from pocket pairs FD, Jx hands..
And actually check/call river looks fine, but also 1/2 bet would be fine imo
