As you can see these guys are to nitties and that is the reason I am calling for set value PRF!

When you see ppl with 2% 3 bet, it doesn't really mean that they only raise with KK+, especially you haven't provided sample size for sb.
In my experience, a lot of this kind of player with such "nit" stats, their 3 bet range is actually not as tight as what the number tells. These ppl can slow play their preflop monsters and 3bet occasionally with some hands like K9s. With QQ, I still don't mind 4 bet here and fold to a 5 bet.
However, making a cold call behind was as well a good option, as you can keep some worse hands in his range (After you cold call, QQ still has more value than just a mine set).
As played, I would fold as btn's range looked really strong.
