I think you're ahead half the time by the river and behind half the time so I think it is really down to what you want to do with your range here. I think it is 50/50. If he calls you're relying on hitting your flush most of the time but you have lots of outs. But he will also fold better hands here which would beat you on the river if you brick. If in doubt then bet, they say :)
I would have check-raised the flop (and called an all-in 3bet) and barelled the turn and river, if you want to explore a different line.

According to villain's bet size, he looks like a maniac. With tp +oesd + fd in hand, you don't need to be afraid of most river cards. This is the time when you don't actually need to protect your hand. Thus, the raise ott was not quite necessary imo, as it only folds his bluffs and worse hands. I would keep calling ott and otr, and let him bet out all his stack.

Vs a reg or nit, I may check raise otf or ott because they are not likely to pay you when flush or straight completes on the board.
