Apart from the stats:

* I had seen villain cbetting/dbetting pot size, OTF, with TP + medium to TP kicker, in other occasions;
* Few hands ago, I had had the impression that this villain was 3-betting me lightly, even OOP. To be fair, he has a 3-bet stat of 7% (6/81), which seems a bit higher when compared to the stat of regular tags at NL2 FR.

$0.02 NL - Holdem - 7 players

SB: 128.5 BB (VPIP: 51.79, PFR: 7.14, 3Bet Preflop: 7.41, Hands: 229)
BB: 116 BB (VPIP: 18.39, PFR: 10.52, 3Bet Preflop: 3.26, Hands: 1,261)
UTG: 100 BB (VPIP: 12.40, PFR: 9.92, 3Bet Preflop: 2.50, Hands: 124)
UTG+1: 103 BB (VPIP: 15.98, PFR: 8.32, 3Bet Preflop: 1.44, Hands: 823)
Hero (MP): 100 BB
CO: 110.5 BB (VPIP: 11.46, PFR: 9.07, 3Bet Preflop: 2.84, Hands: 2,949)
BTN: 100 BB (VPIP: 17.44, PFR: 12.63, 3Bet Preflop: 5.59, Hands: 479)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q♦ Q♥
fold, fold, Hero raises to 4 BB, fold, fold, SB raises to 13 BB, fold, Hero calls 9 BB

Flop: (27 BB, 2 players) 4♠ 8♦ 4♦
Thoughts:

Spoiler

Based on a possible betting pattern, I thought or villain had some random pp or AK.
In my opinion, QQ-AA was out of his range (he would've cbetted pot size, I thought), but I could be wrong.

SB bets 13.5 BB, Hero calls 13.5 BB

Turn: (54 BB, 2 players) 3♣
Thoughts:

Spoiler

A blank. It doesn't really change anything.

SB bets 27 BB, Hero calls 27 BB

River: (108 BB, 2 players) 4♣
Thoughts:

Spoiler

That's the worst part of the hand, for me. Because he had cbetted so strongly, on that river, I considered my read could be wrong.
Maybe he had QQ-AA, after all. Or 88. Go figure...

SB bets 72 BB, Hero calls 46.5 BB and is all-in

Spoiler

SB shows 8♥ A♥ (Full House, Fours full of Eights)
(Pre 32%, Flop 19%, Turn 11%)
Hero shows Q♦ Q♥ (Full House, Fours full of Queens)
(Pre 68%, Flop 81%, Turn 89%)
Hero wins 188.5 BB

This is close OTR.
On this run out, call isn't really bad, but you have to realize that your QQ is kinda bluff catcher. He would mostly have QQ+ (TT-JJ don't have 3 streets of value so he might play b, b, x). You have Q♦: so he can't have bluffs like A♦:Q♦: or K♦:Q♦:.
