On flop i cbet(trying steal pot)
On turn i bet for value and he goes all-in
I think his range will be:
JJ,99-77,AJs,AsKs,AsQs,QsJs,Ts9s,As7s,As6s,As5s,6s5s,As4s,As2s
I have 41,84% Equity if im not missing his range and POT odds 36%it looks as good call?

The flop cbet is a bit too big. Half pot would be quite standard in a 3bet pot and since the board is quite safe and unlikely to hit villain that hard you could go even smaller. 40% bet won't likely make him call with some crappy hands he would fold a bigger bet.

I still do think that the turn raises are super strong and just TPTK might be a bit too weak. He could have JJ,88,77,T9s and so on. The pot odds are actually 26% BUT I think the range might be a bit too loose. Imo villain should not call your 3bet pre with 65s, he might not even open that hand from UTG. Then calling again with QsJs makes more sense to me than raising. Also 99 is just a gutshot so I would say it is not in his range that often. Ofc in this hand he did shove with 99 but on the long run I would say that is not so common. If we exclude all of those hands your equity jumps down to 5%.

So in the end, because I think his range might be almost what you proposed but wouldn't include so many 99 hands, I would fold this. Btw in the range you wrote down some hands that you block (As).
