THE villain open in mp 16% and fold to 3bet 50%

Ur loosing only against 55,88,TT. But sets are almost always in villains range.

I like how u get it allin. Nice sizings. If we fold KK here, we better should quit poker ;)

Overall I think this is just fine. OTF the board is quite dry and paired and your range probably dominates his. It would be ok to bet a bit smaller to get some light calls from overcards and give him some rope, but I think half pot could be ok also.
He opened from MP, you are just 100bb effectively deep and you did 3bet a bit larger than 3x. I think him calling a 3bet with 55 could be a bit loose. So if we think about hands that beat us --> 88,99,TT (7 combos). Then he probably should go broke here with JJ and QQ because those are kinda on the top of his range. If he calls all JJ&QQ pre and goes broke with those that is 12 combos you beat. If he doesn't do that, I think you should have at least 50% equity here. Looks like clearly profitable triple barrel.

If villain is opening 16% and is folding 50 to 3b, then we can find some more hands that beat us A9,T9, 98...

How much does he 4bet ? If he has QQ in his range here this shove must be profitable mathwise.

QQ-88,AKo-AQo,KQo,AKs-ATs,KQs-KTs,QJs-QTs,JTs
Ok, I think this is more or less the range he can call, is a 8% , I take out KK and AA that more of the time is 4betting.
I think the range he can call is 88-QQ and AQs AKs AKo i think he is doing a one call Street.
The turn is open a flush so if i make another barrel he is calln with 88-QQ sure, AQ diamand and AK diamand. TO this range i am still winning 78% so is very good.
And when the river is T i think is not the best card for me.I dont like the turn and the river because is in his range actually. with this card i win if i go allin and he can call to 12 combos of QQ and JJ and i lost with 9 combos of TT 99 and 88 so i am still winning and obviuosly he Will fold AQs and AKs so i think is a good allin but a Little bit close.

Well I wouldn't about just blindly triple barrel. What about the villain range OTT? 66-QQ or 77 (depends on villain range, but doesn't matter in this case). Then AKs,AQs (with Backdoors) and probably T9s,98s. So what he will bet if we just check? Imo all pockets for protection+ FDs (AdKd,AdQd) and maybe all overcards, because he will think that we are capped and he want to make us fold some splits or some equity bluffs. So I would take advantage and go for a check/shove, it looks fine to me, but not sure how it works in general.
OTR: it's a tough, if villain is capable to fold JJ here, we haven't value shove otherwise we have, but imo he should fold JJ, because we won't bluff in this spot with high frequency and most of the time the players show faceup QQ+ or just KK+. I understand that JJ is on the top of his range, but he doesn't need to defend it if hero won't bluff with high frequency and in general he won't, because for example AK is rather check than shove or maybe also KQ, because we have fear about the players, cause he can't make really big folds like this with JJ.
In the summary what I wanted to say, that the villain should make a fold with JJ, but in reality, he hasn't that skill to make a fold like that, so that's the reason why it should be profitable to go broke with KK.

I don't think that tells you anything really about your line, no point in taking a note even
