Because we are talking about positional RFI and turn cbets here, I want to make sure you have a big sample size on villain. Otherwise we shouldn't use that so much to make our decisions.

I think the hand is just fine. Calling OTT would be an option but if villain opens loose and cbets aggressively he should fold quite much vs raises. Now that he goes ahead and 3bets us OTT it tells me he likely has a set, overpair or QT. You still have enough equity to call the shove.
