We have previously offered incentives to players who have played at MANSION and have not done so for a while.
This varies dependent on the player but it can include the offer of bonus dollars which release in the same way as the first deposit bonus.
Players should only receive one of these and we have taken steps to ensure no duplication of these bonuses can be made in future. We are constantly reviewing this process.

I don't see how this promotion/publicity of Mansion is helping us get our $200 bonus =/ It just pisses me off more tbh.
Please explain why they get the $200 bonus for not playing and we don't. If its because winning players dont get it, just say so and I'll be ok

Yea, but you wont clear both at the same time, so you better wait to ask for it until other is cleared or expired.

All of us have got this answer. Even those of us who have recieved this bonus got that answer. I never even asked for the bonus but got it after I sent an email talking about it. Dont be surprised if you log in one day in the next few days and you have it.
Three days after I sent the email and got that exact reply I got the bonus. Kind of useless to me since I have my first deposit bonus to clear, which is 22k MCPs in 2 months. Then on top of that the 200 dollar bonus. But I wont complain.
