I thinked this flop better the check/back, maybe villain slow played monster hand, KK or AA. Maybe turn i had to bet. And river push all in, i don't think villain push kings, maybe aces, but i guess bet about half pot. So what is possible range? AJo-AKos, J10s, QQ, 1010 or less, AA? But villain is lag, i guess he have lot of bloff or semmi bloff this board.

Villain stats, about 600 hand, 22/15, 3bet 11.9, wtsd 30, wonsd 38.

SB: $12.64 (126.4 bb)
BB: $10 (100 bb)
UTG+2: $17.06 (170.6 bb)
MP1: $10.43 (104.3 bb)
MP2: $12.23 (122.3 bb)
Hero (MP3): $13.24 (132.4 bb)
CO: $9.63 (96.3 bb)
BTN: $11.76 (117.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with Q♦: Q♣:
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, 2 folds, SB raises to $1.10, BB folds, Hero raises to $3.40, SB calls $2.30

Flop: ($6.90) J♠: 3♣: J♦: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($6.90) J♣: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

River: ($6.90) 7♠: (2 players)
SB bets $9.24 and is all-in,

Spoiler

Hero calls $9.24

Spoiler

Results: $25.38 pot ($1.14 rake)
Final Board: J♠: 3♣: J♦: J♣: 7♠:
SB showed Q♥: A♣: and lost (-$12.64 net)
Hero showed Q♦: Q♣: and won $24.24 ($11.60 net)

The river would be a call for sure. You only lose against a J or KK+ and I doubt he would over bet shove this to often and those hands would bet most likely the turn as well. You could consider to make a value bet on the turn I think, because there aren't many hands he would check twice what you lose against.

I see no point of playing QQ in a 4bet pot OOP, even against a player that 3bet a lot.
Even if he has a high fold to 4bet stat, I'd consider to bluff 4bet weaker hands and just raise/call QQ type of hands (Qq-Tt? AQs+? AKo+).

I think our range advantage would be enough to compensate playing the hands oop. But I could be completely wrong :-)

OTF and OTT, I think I'd cbet small. Maybe 1/3 of the pot.
That could be tricky, of course, 'cause villain can bluff raise us, but we need to extract value from Ax hands.

Otherwise, what is the point of 4 betting pre with QQ, if you are not willing to be aggressive pos on such dry boards?

Not sure if I'd say that 20/15 is a lag. He looks like a tagish with station propensity.

Anyone with higher stats than 15/13 would be a lag for you? On the FR context, of course.

Anyway, when villain is too aggressive and I'm oop, my tendency is to play stronger ranges and let him hang himself. But, again, I could be wrong.

You right maybe tag, but i pretty sure villain is not a nity player. And out of the position call QQ i guess wrong play. Villain 3bet range is very wide, lot of Ax, Kx and i sure he cbet almost every time in 3bet pot, so from flop to turn come ace or king i had to give up my hand.
