Well, its double points day on Mansion today, so I thought I would swing by. I should have really said UPswing by 
Part of me feels that I am on a massive upswing and it is all going to fall around my ears, however I have been in some harsh situations and managed to save a few bets from certain situations as well. So I am going to sit on the fence and say it is a bit of both, if I am honest it is like 65/35 in the upswings favour 
I have also managed to unlock the first $10 of the bonus that I got by complaining Majorly thanks to the 400 MCP I picked up on double points day. I hope to get at least $50 out of the $200, depends on uni work really.
I am starting to look at when I should step up to 0.25/0.50, here are my thoughts.
I should step up to 0.25/0.50 when BR hits $150, and will be prepared to step back down if I drop below $120. Still quite a few sessions away, but it will give me something to look forward to. I will also start mining 0.25/0.50
On another note, at the minute I have almost hit 8k hands and I am now playing 10.9/7.2 (VPIP/PFR) I know a lot of you have been saying this is too low, I would tend to agree, but I am reluctant to change a winning solution. I think I use the main table from SHC (unopened pots) pretty wellm I think I really need to concentrate on the ones like calling/raising with callers before you.

Today was a little set back, seems to be a hangover from double points day. The tables seemed a fair bit tighter, however that may be normal for morning times on Mansion, I haven't played enough then yet. Going to share a few HH, these happened litterally one after another on two different tables. Did I do anything wrong?

well as for your "downswing"... i have to disappoint you that 25BB is nothing :(. when you hit a 300BB downswing and you'll have to move down a limit... then you'll have a problem :(.

I know it's not a real downswing was just making a bad sarcastic joke.
I just took a dive into my poker past. I don't know why but I tried 4 x $1 10-man SNGs on mansion. My goodness they are tighter than what I remember, really wouldn't want to be grinding those! Two of the four still had 8/9 left at the 150/300 level, I mean WTF!
I didnt even manage a single cash finishing 6,5,4 and 4th. Really sucky.
Well, after I made a bad joke about being in a downswing, my bad luck continued so I insta-stopped playing and appologised to the poker gods and read some strategy articles.
I played about 500+ hands tonight and I think I managed to stop the haemorrhage, or at least slow it down. Here is an updated graph
In other news I also cleared my 2nd $10 installment of the bonus!
I am back into poker, and back on PS! I have taken a step back and changed to NL FR, I am just starting out at NL4/5.
I need to learn how to stop making those silly mistakes, you know the ones where you can have an outer body experience and see yourself do this thing and you are shouting at yourself "WTF are you doing you big donkey?!!?!" yet you still hit that button. I have actually lost a few buy-ins from these situations, it's a big leak, at least I have found it, now I need to put the silly putty over the big hole!
Just realised I haven't set any goals, so here I will do that.

Thats all I can think of at the moment as I watch the Chinese GP, it has been quite interesting, especially the Schumacher effect. The 10,000 hand goal is quite important for me, I don't often play the same level/game for that long in one go, it will be quite tough for me I think, but it is something I really want to do. Anyway, I hope this will be my rise in poker, as it stands now, I would love to be able to play NL200 and make a profit there and I would be satisfied!

Well I have got closer to one of my goals by watching the second part of ge5sterne's user review, I think the most important I picked up from it is to make my pre-flop raises larger. As a standard I used 3x, but I understand at micros that 4x is better to make your opponents pre-flop mistakes more costly to them, it makes sense really ♦
I just had my first session back on full tilt, I had been playing on Ipoker, wow, I missed FT! I don't get SP there though unfortunately, but factor in rakeback and traffic it makes it worth it for now 100%. As I say, I have been on Ipoker, their FR NL4 traffic consists of 2 or 3 beginners tables, and from 2-6 other random tables going, it makes table selection impossible. I had been playing NL10, which was ok, but I decided to step down and give myself security and time to learn/re-learn strategy etc. Then today I step onto FT and it was a breeze to pick 6 juicy NL5 tables to jump on the waiting lists, I am only four-tabling at the moment, I will add more, I used to 12 table 6-max, so I am capable.

Well the good news is that I completed my first small goal and watched the full 3 parts of the user review video, the downside was that I seem to have large lapses of concentration and discipline in my most recent session. One of the things I wished to stop! Anyway over the 400ish hands (6 tables, maybe I need to step back to 4) I lost just over a buy-in, not catastrophic but my confidence has taken a knock.
Some of my play has baffled myself if I am honest, especially a hand with KK.

Today I logged in to FT, got my 4 tables up, posted some blinds, then it pops up "We will be closing the system down in 3 minutes for scheduled maintenance. It tilted me so bad that I went out and hung the bloody washing out!
Anyway once the rage had passed and FT came back online, I played a 350 hand session, it was rather eventful! I pretty much doubled up on one table straight away AK vs QQ, my session took a turn when my FH was done by a laggy straight flush, look at the link for HH and please comment!
The session ended up, mainly down to a pot where I sucked out on AA with JJ (I am ashamed to admit that it was AIPF :f_cry:) when I rivered a straight.
Anyway I thought it was about time I posted a graph, so here is my NL4/5 play so far.
