Very interesting spot. It is ugly when it happens. But I think that your play was good. I would go with bigger iso raise pre flop, because opponents will call u with a lot of hands since there is bounty and both of them cover u. I will go with raise to around 6bb with such a strong hand. Post flop u loose minimum. They can have sets or straight. Sometimes u will se also 2 pairs, even like 85 or 84. As weard as it sound, but it is $0.55 bounty tournament in early stage and this can definitely happen.
Also if u have edge on field it is better to avoid marginal spots early on. It is also true that they can have like A8 and K8 or even A8 and A5 (seen that as well sometimes). But as I sad I won't risk it in gessing spots so early on on field that I have nice edge. As it turns out they have K8 and neather of them have K♣: . Mark them and call them next time in HU situation. In multiway pot early on I will rather take crying fold when that kind of situation happen.

In early stages people often go crazy as soon as they hit something. It's important to separate the "you have something I have something, let's go" players and the ones that just jam when they have the nuts. You want to isolate the first type preflop and go thinner for value. Sometimes even slowplaying wider HU against a spewy player who "learned" that is somebody who just checks and calls is weak and because of that is just gonna bluff everything is the best way to go. If you are not sure what kind of player they are, I think it's fine to be on the passive side, but with the intention of figuring out what kind of player they are as soon as possible so you aren't exploited by overfolding or not getting enough value

I'd fold as well. BB could have all the straights, sets, two pairs, etc and there's MP+2 as well.
It is too much for me, so in these spots I usually make a tight fold, and make a note on opponents.

I would raise more pre-flop against 2 limpers/ You can easy make it 5bb and against a random fish I don't think it's to bad to stack off with the flush blocker and I expect he can easy over play 99-JJ or even worse here.
