Problem with calling is that you invest 1/4 of you stack and the change you hit top pair or better isn't to likely and if he's loose enough I would go with a shove and otherwise I would make a tight fold.

I would shove also here, I think you are ahead of many hands that he 3-bets you here.Also call is not a good option, cause if you not hit the flop you can not see a turn cause the pot is already too big and you can't call a cbet,as you happened.

hm ok. so is it wrong to assume that we hit the board 33% of the time? I thougt this is profitable than due to my stack size. Thus of I call the pot is smaller and I can play ip. Dont I crush myself icm wise due to the bf or riskpremium if I get called by crap vs the cl?

You hit indeed around 1/3 of the time a J and/or A, but even than it's not to likely you will win always the pot. Investing 1/4 of your stack to speculate to hit on the flop isn't to great I think.
