I 3bet KK after 2 villain just standard to make both call. Sometimes I add 3 bb more for the extra player but they fold too much.
The overcaller I set his range mostly poket pairs looking for set value and some suited broadways, maybe AQ AJ but I don't think so.
The momment he calls my flop bet, He may already be ahead with set and as I block the draws like KJ, I decided to just check for pot control and let his bluffs in for river. Once the T doubles and he checks, he may still have Q, like AQ or QJ so I decide to value bet hard 3/4 pot to xtract big from his hand and fold to a raise given the case. His call is just terrible but what I am asking is if I should've bet turn and river then smaller or my approach is good. I wanted to avoid a check/raise OTT.
