I don't think you can't do much else than folding the flop.
if you call you are almost committed on the turn with 1/3 of your starting stack in the middle if you call. If he's an aggressive player you could consider to shove pre-flop as well.

Without any stats or info, I d probable Shove pre, I dont like calling here , but as played i d def shove over his CBet, Second pair in this Spot doesnt seem bad + You are the shortest stack and gotta find this type of spots to make a move.
