900 hands is about 1,5 hours of play so not really meaningful, it's enough for vpip/pfr, but not enough for 4bet stat.
At 5NL you don't see many bluff 4bets altough BvB and SBvBU can be the exception. Regardless against population I would fold against this 4bet size (3x).
Postflop you don't have better hands than AQ in your range (maybe 8h9h? ♦), I assume you would push preflop AK, AA, KK, you didn't mention your 4bet call range BvB, so I would call.
Sometimes you catch some idiotic bluff but most of the time he has a better hand.
In villain's eyes you have some sd value hand, Ax or Kx maybe a draw.
If you want to complicate things and you think the population don't bluff enough you fold AQ with hearts (you have the nut FD blocker) and call without hearts.
