Hi mariorules,

You can't post photos yet as you are just a basic member. You can use one of our free money or bonus offers and start playing, that will give you permanent bronze status :)

I took a very quick look at your stats and so far everything seems to be going ok? It looks like you are playing a bit tight but maybe it works for you :) To make a better analysis, more stats would ofc be needed :)

I think you could 3bet 1-2% more on CO,BTN and BB. Your overall call vs 3bet is 21%, which means you fold vs 3bets about 79%. Usually the fold vs 3bet should be 60% or lower but I think this stat in pt4 could have problems. It might take into account all the times where you didn't even enter the pot --> someone before you 3bets --> you fold. I'm not sure how pt4 makes those stats but if that is the case, then this stat doesn't give us the full picture.

Bad mental game is poker players' worst enemy. So if you have problems with losing control you could work on your mental game :) Good books for that are The Mental Game of Poker 1&2 by Jared Tendler, we also have some good videos here on PokerStrategy.

You could also check my video on common beginner mistakes. That might help you a little bit, or might point out some of the leaks you might have.

there's also the times he 4bets, but your point is right. i certainly remember editing a lot of stats in my pokertracker reports to include an "after raising" constraint...

Yup.. Then there is also a problem with cold calling stats (CC 2bet pf on PT4) because pokertracker thinks you can't cold call on the blinds because you have already invested money. Those cold calling stats on SB and BB would be important when we look at how the blinds are defended but I just don't remember which stat in PT4 gives that info.
