In fact is strange the way he plays, after 3betting i don't see what hand he plays this way, there are no 4x on his range. Shoving on turn it seems too much. Vs unknown i consider calling, especially on this stake, but on this spot on turn calling is close and vs someone passive i consider to fold. Here you have to consider implied odds, and how much do you think he calls every time that you hit your draw, and this is still a thing that it's difficult for me to value as a factor.

Cumps ;)

Also his Cbet sizing is weird, but against a unknown you don't want to blow up the pot without a made hand and is calling the turn not great, but shoving without info he will fold often is even worse.

Call turn is best. I doubt you can discount top pair draws from being good most of time. Villain pre and flop sizing scream of fish so I think your K high might be best sometimes also. If you assume flush to be alive only then you don't quite get pot odds to call but there is lot of implied value as flush will be backdoor one. Which make it lot less likely for you to have.
