Here I am not sure about his range. Seems like JJ, or weirdly played QQ, KK, (AK).
A little bit I don't like the free river card (QQ has 12 outs)

The thing is if you don't have 3 streets of value (which can be doubted), you certainly don't have a check/raise shove for value on an ugly turn.
I'm also very curious how you count outs to find 12 for QQ ♦ Some QQ combos are even drawing dead against you you know ?

Anyway I'd go for a standard cbet of about 1/4-1/3 pot on the flop.

We have the nuts on the flop, of course we have 3 streets of value. Just make a 20-25% cbet and do not try to make fancy plays.

Easy value bet on the flop and you don't want to give him a free card for a flush.

Because it's the best way to lose all the hands you're trying to value (QQ, GS, FD,..)

The only reason you do not have 3 streets of value is because you will be shoving the turn after you cbet the flop.
