You can't Cbet if you check pre-flop. C means continuation.

Preflop check is standard. Can be fine to shove but this combo doesnt make too much sense overall.

Flop especially with your read that he stabs lot make check-raise best. Sizing is also fine though I would prefer tiny bit smaller as you want to let villain to continue as wide as possible and create nice shove stack for turn. Shoving will force villain to fold too much imo.

Turn is bit questionable if you want to shove or check-call as you might just force villain to fold huge portion of weaker hands. But probably fine either way.

Non heart face cards are totally fine for us. It's pretty rare that those improve your or opponents hand after flop action. Should be unlikely that villain bet-call like QJo, right? To be honest there are close to no turns I would fold with this shallow stack when we also have decent heart. Overall 7 and 8 are worst turns but even then we have top pair and gutshot and even if we check villain can bluff sometimes like weak pair or flush draw or value bet like weak two pairs. E.g. on this turn versus 86 we still have 12 outs.
