Well there is no flush draw. Villain can have hands like J8, T8, 98, 87, JT, J9, QJ, J7, KJ.

Tx probably won't turn into bluff. Some of weaker two pairs might. KQ is probably one of very few high card hands in villain range. So to me seems pretty optimistic call in river.

PS: I would also open fold preflop and check flop.

It's tricky for sure. An interesting idea could be to shove pre-flop with the big antes in play, but raising with a marginal hand and stack is tough from early position. River would be a clear fold or you have crazy reads on him, because you have only a bluff catcher and some villains could bet like this with a monster hand as well.
