Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) UTG+1 has Q♣ T♦

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has A♦ T♠

fold, UTG+1 calls 1 BB, fold, MP+1 calls 1 BB, fold, Hero raises to 6 BB, fold, fold, UTG+1 calls 5 BB, MP+1 calls 5 BB

Flop: (19.4 BB, 3 players) Q♥ A♥ 4♣
UTG+1 checks, MP+1 checks, Hero checks
Thoughts and questions:

Spoiler

Not sure how bad that is, but against 1 or 2 players and without a good kicker, I most inclined to check OTF and bet the remaining streets even in a drawy board.

Turn: (19.4 BB, 3 players) 2♣
UTG+1 bets 9.6 BB, fold, Hero calls 9.6 BB
Thoughts and questions:

Spoiler

Not too happy about it, but that turn is mostly a blank

River: (38.6 BB, 2 players) J♠
UTG+1 bets 18.6 BB and is all-in, Hero calls 18.6 BB
Thoughts and questions:

Spoiler

I thought I could be against a lot of better AX, but because I had checked the flop, I could be against a lot of worst AX and a good Q. A straight or some kind of 2pair is also a possibility...
Am I overthinking this? Should I have cbeted the flop instead?

Spoiler

UTG+1 shows Q♣ T♦ (One Pair, Queens)
(Pre 27%, Flop 9%, Turn 5%)
Hero wins 72.2 BB

Against 2 weaker players I don't mind to Cbet in position for thin value and protection.
As played you can't do much else than calling the short stack down with top pair and most draws missed on the river.
