Someone living and born in the United Kingdom (probably living in or near London) refuses to hold his end of a deal we had and owes me a larger amount of money. He said something along the lines of "I will never pay you, my reputation is fucked anyway. Try to sue me if you want."
And that's exactly what I want to do - sue him to get my money.
However I don't live in UK and hope to find some Brits here who might be able to point me in the direction where to start. Also some contact info if you know a lawyer in the field of finance/investment/cryptocurrency would be appreciated.
