On the bubble this is always tricky spot as 3th in chips on the BTN to raise against 2 bigger stacks.
If the blinds are tight I would min raise/fold and if both players could 3bet shove loose on you I would shove right away, because calling a 3bet shove is not what you want with a hand like TT on the bubble. Even against an any 2 shove it could be -ev to do this.

If hand is not good enough to induce then shoving will be best most of time as raise-fold is pretty horrible outcome. I would imagine TT to be ok to induce but have not played 9max in long time.

I think that you should to call instead of fold because TT is a monster in micro tournament with 4 hands round. Villain wouldn't often dominate you here. If you win this shove than you could feel almost like in cash but with 16.9 BB you are away yet. And if you win with TT, you have an excellent opportunity to reach for I place in whole tournament. Your goal in SnG suppose to be finish first right?

I prefer to start playing in push-or-fold tribe since I have something between 10-14 BB or less. If I have 16BB yet, I bet 3BB first and then check push. Is it my leak?

However I would consider to fold TT if in 6 DON type of tournament in sake of looseness of other players - soon other two players would play all-in anyway and you needn't be a cherif.
