I think I played this wrong. What's best play on Turn? Check to let him have a bluffing/weaker value range on R? Or bet with intent to check behind on river?

Against a TAG you don't have much value in betting the turn. Only reason would be to get him of a better hand and that could be possible. Only thing is that it's for you less likely that you have the nut flush with the ace on the board, but I would try it and check the river behind. As played i would fold the river on his big bet. I don't think you beat enough hands to make a call profitable.
