But that's not a solution. It depends a lot, there are a lot of factors like what do I have, what is the board tetxture, vs how many players, vs who, in 3-bet pot or not, what do I want to achieve in the hand and so on many more factors. Sometimes big is bad, sometimes small is bad, sometimes medium is bad, sometimes you must overbet, or you must not bet at all and so on and so on. It's a hard work. You cannot say I will bet half and I am done, beause that's just not true.

U have to play ur sizing depending on the spot and the villans that u are facing up.

On that spot I like to play X/R because a lot of Jx leave the box vs FD, and a lot of FD and str8 could play for stacks.

My advices is STOP play, review ur hands, and read about mindset. when we are on a down a lot of looses is because we play bad. Forgot the last result, every session u start break even
