Sizings are bad.
Flop cbet is huge, take it slow.
You are commited OTT with those sizings, it is a mandatory shove. Besides, you pick extra equity with the T, you have now an oesd.

I pushed here with that draw. He had 99 and win the pot.

May be I had to limit my cbets at flop.

You need to win 23% of the time and you will win 23% of the time vs exactly set and more vs range so yeah it's easy shove. But it's also true that your very bad sizings led you to this situation.

I downed my flop cbets at the half of the pot.

I thank you for your advice.

But that's not a solution. It depends a lot, there are a lot of factors like what do I have, what is the board tetxture, vs how many players, vs who, in 3-bet pot or not, what do I want to achieve in the hand and so on many more factors. Sometimes big is bad, sometimes small is bad, sometimes medium is bad, sometimes you must overbet, or you must not bet at all and so on and so on. It's a hard work. You cannot say I will bet half and I am done, beause that's just not true.

I thank you for your advice.

U have to play ur sizing depending on the spot and the villans that u are facing up.

On that spot I like to play X/R because a lot of Jx leave the box vs FD, and a lot of FD and str8 could play for stacks.

My advices is STOP play, review ur hands, and read about mindset. when we are on a down a lot of looses is because we play bad. Forgot the last result, every session u start break even ;)

good luck!
